Its so frustrating tried everything and i cant fifty-fifty give the p41 form to the tour guide disguised every bit angus pritchard

I did the same thing as you did. Pitiful that i didnt go to play it in principal difficulty, i lowered it to casual just then i tin can move past the story. Peradventure id improvement to it after its fixed.

I have the same bug. When I couldn't do it my new mission became kill everyone.

How practice you lot have MORE bugs in the 3rd installment of what is, to exist honest, pretty much the same game with some new maps and tools? Like did they not examination the game on all difficulties? This is a pretty glaring bug every bit it is a hard lock in a damn story mission!

This is a sequencing issues. If you want to start the Certainty Principle mission, you MUST NOT kill Imogen and Hugh and get straight to the eating place and eavesdrop. This will actuate the mission properly with prompts on what to practice, including getting the P41 form and talking to Chen Ting.
